If that doesn't work, I would be happy to send you the Instructions and you can pick up all the materials at a good hardware store. You will need a 1 7/8" and a 1" hole saw, and they can be pricey @ $25 each or so.
Periodically, Don Titmus has a workshop in Gilbert, you just missed the workshop and I don't know when the next one is.
