About Me:
I am an Arizona native who spent most of my childhood in an agricultural setting. My family, especially my grandsons, is my highest priority in life. Pastimes I enjoy include gardening, cooking, food preservation, writing, genealogy, hiking, camping, and kayaking. One of my favorite quotes is, "We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children." (Chief Seattle) I am a long-time vegetarian and believe in living simply, but well.
