Hi Patty, welcome to the VPA! I'm with you...been living here since 1964 and I remember all of the flower farms down Baseline road. Of course, as you know, it was during the 60s that people were so busily converting a beautiful natural desert environment into something like what they had back in the north, east or midwest. But I digress. You'll find all kinds of urban, suburban, and even some country farmers here with whom you can commiserate, learn from, and share your knowledge and experience. Enjoy!
