Hello Mick,
I see you are thinking about attending the PDC, if you would like to ask a PDC grad question about their experience please send me a message, http://www.phoenixpermaculture.org/profile/RyanWood.
In a nut shell, I was wanting to learn more about gardening so I attended the Spring 2008 PDC. While taking the course I realized the 72 hour PDC isn't just about gardening but more about learning to observe the relationships in nature (all things) and utilizing those relationships to create a holistic design. It truly was a life changing experience for me. Plus another great thing about the PDC is it gives the students an opportunity to learn and then go out and share with others (if they choose to). Just one year later I was co-teaching the water harvesting section with Don Titmus.
