About Me:
I have lived in Phoenix since 1997, I am married, and have three kids and five dogs. I grew up eating, almost exclusively, from our family garden and the wild plants that grew around our property in Illinois (think gooseberries, raspberries, mulberries, walnuts, cherries, YUM). I have tried, with very little success, to have my own small garden here in Phoenix, but it seems much much different than gardening in the Midwest. I'm excited to learn from the members of this community, particularly about earth-friendly (bee friendly) pest control and planting schedules for best results.
