    About Me:

I am 58, a licensed clinical counselor with a background in ecopsychology and body psychotherapy. I graduated from Prescott College, and was privileged to work with many leaders in the sustainable living movement. I am also a licensed bodyworker and create organic herbal infused massage oils. I lived all over Phoenix, preferring Tempe, as well as raising my sons on a small desert farm in Wickenburg AZ for 14 years. While in Wickenburg, I operated my own Therapeutic massage office and worked with doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors and mental health therapists to assist those seeking natural means to both maintain and improve their health. I moved to Santa Fe NM in 2006 where I married Ron, an artist who lived in Colorado and NM for 45 years. While there, he also built a semi-off-grid home. Together, we moved to Idaho to be more self-sufficient. We have a small farm and raise goats, chickens, garden, tend an apple & plum orchard and make goat milk soap. We participate in the Sandpoint Farmers market, selling Raw Goat Milk Cheese, Goat Milk Soap, SLS-free shampoo, herbs, apples, plums, and seasonal berries. My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, a life-changing event that has made us realize we need to be closer to family and a familiar community. We are looking to return to the Phoenix area where my family still lives.
