About Me:
I teach students from 4th - 8th grade in the area of nutrition and business. Students learn about healthy choices when planning and preparing meals. They learn how to write checks and keep a check register current, convert measurements, and do cost analysis for food items they prepare and sell.
I have taught grades ranging from 2nd - 8th grade for over 30 years and have worked with this business program for more than 10 years.
