About Me:
I am an assistant plant researcher for a turfgrass research group researching bermudagrass for a large seed company. My whole life, I have wanted a garden. One thing or another (no patio, direction of the sun, etc) has hindered me. I just purchased a home in September 2011 in Tempe. It has a great back yard where I devoted about 1/3 to garden space. I experimented with different planting and trellis techniques to figure out what is most successful for my location. It has taken some incredible patience on our part to learn what grows best for me.
