About Me:
I was born and raised in Colorado where individuals are typically self reliant but also community minded when it comes to resources. My experience growing up centered on both safety and consideration for others probably because the weather often disintegrated quickly into dangerous conditions. Thoughtful preparation with regard to water, food, road safety and personal warmth, cooling etc. was very important growing up. We as a nation have gotten away from these principles, leaving all responsibility to first responders and the government to provide all services. I'd like to help in turning this thought process around and getting people to the point where they understand their own part in the scheme of both their survival and the proliferation of life on this planet.
