About Me:

Like Chris, I too am old. And, like Chris I am a lazy gardener. At least he said in the class he was a lazy gardener. As HOA President, I think I have an obligation to support my community to be sustainable and reduce our carbon foot print in whatever small way I can. Despite our current "down" economy, our community just completed a xeriscape project. Right now, 50% of our community (built in the late '70's) has been converted to xeriscape. We plan to complete total conversion as we make funds available, based on a conversion plan our homeowners passed in 2000, due to a team effort by myself and a few other homeowners.
