About Me:

I am 52 yrs young, mother of 4 amazing sons, Board Certified Internal Medicine...practicing as a Hospitalist at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, previously a Labor and Delivery nurse for 20 years, Reiki level III master, Level I Kundalini yoga teacher, Fellow in the Integrative Medicine Fellowship with Dr. Andrew Weil. I grew up on a farm outside of Greeley, Colorado (my parents still live there), moved to Phoenix in 1983 and have a passion to help, serve and educate people through the "experience", to connect them with themselves and resources in their process to attain optimal mind, body, spirit wellness. Key to this mission is raising the awareness that "food is medicine".
