  Hi Carol,

  I took your great class on companion planting a few weeks ago. At the beginning of the class you mentioned a book that was a great introduction to gardening in the desert. What was the name of that book?

  Dear Carol,

      thanks again for linking me to Hunter.  He gave us a great tour of the gardens this morning.  You can see my pictures at:  www.gardenersofeastvalley.org.  I also checked the ACGA site on how to start a community garden containing very useful information.  Hope tomorrow is a great success for all concerned in both families.

  The East Valley Gardeners' Club (www.gardenersofeastvalley.org) is interested in starting a community garden in Gilbert.  Several of us plan to visit your Scottsdale garden on 19 Feb at approximately 10AM to learn more about how you have it organized.  We would love to talk to you or some of your gardeners at that time.
