    evaporation is my biggest concern. I'm sure it uses less water than standard gardening, question is how much. I estimate maybe a gallon a day during summer months for a medium sized system?

    hey Brook, I'm very interested in your system's performance. In particular how successful the crops were in the summer months and what the evaporation rate was. Please post pics if you have them!
