"crunchy" new momma to a handsome boy, wife, forever student, I love to cook, grow and eat real food. My family and I have recently just cut out all processed foods and this new path we're on is very exciting, promising, challenging, and rewarding. I love to travel, camp, hike, anything outdoors. Spending time with the people in my life who make me feel good. Creating things from what I have.
