Should I have any qualms about planting edibles next to AC runoff points? Specifically, I'm wanting to plant raspberry and blackberry about 5-6 feet apart along the "shady" (north) side of my house. Each plant would end up being directly below a condensation line. Is this a happy accident, or something to be avoided at all cost?

AC condensate is essentially distilled water - very much ok for any plant.
Swamp cooler overflow is a different matter. It is more saline (from the evaporation of the water, leaving behind salts). I would only use this water on salt tolerant plants.
