Where can I get a permaculture/water harvest person to come out to my yard and help me with a design to take advantage of my slope? I've read a couple books and I'm overwhelmed, wondering if I could just drive out to the market and kidnap one...I'd be willing to 'donate' my 6,850 square foot lot to a water harvesting/permaculture design class for practice on measuring grades and making a plan, I would not expect any free work but if an instructor is looking for a bare lot with slopes then I have the desert you need and you have the experience I need. It's the perfect blank slate for a class. I will warn, my neighborhood has a focus on native plants, which may cause you to be distracted by the abundant wild birds and animals around the site.Things I think it would be fun to incorporate into the design:Out door showerOut door urinalBasins, bermsGrey waterRoof waterCisterns/barrelsnative plants, native animals, native bugs
