Should I put something on the bottom of my raised bed if there is bermuda grass there now? Will that cause it not to drain well? Will the grass creep up through 8-12 inches of soil?

yep. it will creep up. Bermuda grass is ghastly alien fighter grass:) if you have the time, use a garden fork, loosen the ground and pull out as much as you can. If you do not have the time, lay some landscaping fabric. Some bermuda will most likely poke through still, but it will protect the bed from the grass running rampant on it. I have a ton of landscape fabric at the Grow House if you want to come grab some.
