Friday, Jan.7 2:00-close Rubios (west of Rural, on Guadalupe) is donating 20% to our garden if you mention the Friends in Gasca Gardens (FIGG) or present the attached flier. I will be there at some point if you'd like to join;
Saturday, Jan 22, 2011 *Rockabilly Chili Cook Off* with a live Rockabilly band, silent auction, chili tasting/cook off, and door prizes included in $20 ticket price; all the proceeds go to the cost of the garden infrastructure. We are still looking for silent auction items so if you have anything or know of anyone who could provide a unique item, we would appreciate the support. This will be a fun evening of food and community so we hope you can join us!
