Hi all, I know that this question came up last night about determining who owns what plot of land in the valley. A friend of mine from the City of Phoenix gave me the following links. Hopefully that will help a few people.This is on the maricopa county site and you can do a search for a plot of land by parcel number, street & name, name & street, subdivision, or MCR number. It seems to work best if you have the parcel number for the piece of land you are looking for.http://www.maricopa.gov/Assessor/ParcelApplication/Default.aspxIf you do not know the parcel number of the plot you are looking for then just use the following application. It is a java applet that lets you look at a map of Phoenix and visually find the plot of land you are looking for along with the parcel number associated with it.http://www.maricopa.gov/Assessor/GIS/javamap.htmSo give it spin. Enter your own address or try finding the parcel location for a known address and see what comes up.
