I see that there are a lot of good books about permaculture, can anyone tell me if there are any specific to the Phoenix area? Specifically choosing, growing and cooking foods?

I've seen others as well but I can't recall the titles right now. There is a cookbook called the prickly pear cookbook which is all about how to use prickly pear cactus. Good luck!
