  • I'm so glad you came and enjoyed the activities, the food and the conversation.  

    And I'm glad you liked the purslane, however it was the only dish that wasn't fermented.  All I did was to put raw purslane in some pickle juice and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few weeks.  It will last for several months and remain crunchy.  Let me know if you try it.
