  • Hi Nick, Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you, I have just been swamped by my email! It looks like the peppers aren't developing fully, rather than that they have been attacked by a pest or disease. I would try giving them a bump of a high nitrogen, organic fertilizer like a blood and bone meal or a fish emulsion and see if that helps. Sometimes if there is not enough nutrient in the ground, the plant doesn't receive enough to complete fruit development. It's worth a try! Good luck. Heather
