  • Thanks for post Grace, I too like the idea of the chip recipe.  I'm one of those who do use the stem, but this is another nice option.

  • Grace, thanks for the links. The recipes are interesting and will definitely try the broccoli chips, I think some grated parmesan cheese added to the panko  would be nice too. I've always just peeled the stems and cooked them with the florets but will be trying these out for sure.

    • Yes, the parmesan cheese would be good.  It might help, I was thinking some sort of butter, oil or cheese might make the panko crumps crispier.

    • I first thought of olive oil but a more neutral tasting one would probably be better. Maybe toss the panko in sunflower oil, that's what I have on hand most of the time.
