What is the best way to size a water pump for an aquaponics system? I have about a 200 gallon fish tank. Is there a general rule to get me close?

Starting Seeds

OK, I have my system running and I cycles every 10-12 mins. Now I needs to start some seeds any suggestions? I've tried starting them in paper towels and putting them in to the grow beds but so far no luck. I also did newspaper.
